I met Dr. Rachel Gainsbrugh because of another client, Dr. Chiagozie Fawole.

It was 2022 and it was time for the first ever Move to Millions® Live Event.

A former pharmacist with more than $500K in student loans between her and her husband, Dr. Rachel was committed to learn how to scale her business to be able to shift the trajectory of her and her family’s life. She’s crossed the first milestone in her first year of business and had gotten her business to the low multi-six figure mark ($200K) and she had millions on her mind.

During the live event, she said “yes” to herself and enrolled in the Move to Millions® Proximity Mastermind.

Right away, my team and I got busy developing her custom roadmap. We mapped out how she could grow her business to the million-dollar mark in a sustainable way within 24 months.

In her first year in the mastermind, she more than doubled her business to $500,000 and received our Half a Million Dollar Revenue Club Award. In May 2023.

In her second year in the mastermind, in 9 months she crossed the million-dollar mark and ended the year at $1.6M in gross revenue. In 2024, she was awarded the Moved to Millions Award.

As a Haitian woman, it’s important to Rachel that she be the change she wants to see in the world so growing her business beyond the million-dollar mark has positioned her to give financial support to her home country.

DR. DARNYELLE JERVEY HARMON
