ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT

with Soul + Strategy Retreat

1. PROGRAM DETAILS

You are enrolling in Sanctuary™, a 6-month transformational container that includes:

  • Portal access to full curriculum
  • One monthly group coaching + Q&A call
  • One monthly live activation call
  • Digital workbook and resources
  • Admission to one 3-day Soul + Strategy Retreat, travel and lodging not included


Program Duration: 6 months from enrollment date

2. INVESTMENT & PAYMENT TERMS

2.1 Total Investment: $10,000

2.2 Payment options:

  • Payment in Full: $10,000
  • Payment Plan: 11 monthly payments of $1,000 (Total: $11,000)

2.3 Payment Plan Terms

If you select the payment plan option:

(a) $1,000 deposit due upon enrollment
(b) six (6) subsequent payments of $1,000 will be automatically processed every 30 days via IPS/Keap.
(c) You must maintain valid payment information on file
(d) The payment plan is offered as a courtesy – the full investment amount remains due regardless of participation.
(e) Missed payments will result in immediate acceleration of the full remaining balance.

3. NON-CANCELABLE ENROLLMENT

This enrollment is non-cancelable and non-refundable. By purchasing Sanctuary™, you acknowledge and agree that:

3.1 All payments are due in full regardless of your participation level.
3.2 You cannot cancel, pause, or modify this agreement once signed.
3.3 Non-participation does not excuse payment obligations.
3.4 No exceptions will be made to this policy.

4. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

For payment plans, you authorize automatic charges to your payment method on file every 30 days until the total investment is paid in full. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information remains current.

5. DEFAULT & REMEDIES

If any payment fails or is reversed:

5.1 The entire remaining balance becomes immediately due.
5.2 Access to program materials may be suspended.
5.3 You remain responsible for all collection costs and reasonable attorney fees.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sanctuary™ is an educational and coaching program provided by Incredible One Enterprises, Inc. Results depend on your implementation and are not guaranteed. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount you’ve actually paid.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONFIDENTIALITY

All program materials, including but not limited to curriculum, workbooks, recordings, and content shared in the Wealth Activation Vault, remain the exclusive property of Incredible One Enterprises, Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share program materials without written permission. You agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary methods and strategies shared within the program.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with commercial arbitration rules, with each party bearing their own costs.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and communications regarding the subject matter herein.

12. AMENDMENTS

This agreement may only be modified in writing signed by both parties. No oral modifications shall be binding.

13. ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES

Electronic signatures shall have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures.

14. AGREEMENT

By purchasing Sanctuary™, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood all terms.
  • You are entering this agreement voluntarily.
  • You accept full responsibility for all payments.
  • You understand this enrollment cannot be canceled.
