When we work with our clients at the start of the year, we walk them through these seven steps to ensure they’re focused, intentional, and positioned for massive growth. As a valued member of this community, I’m sharing them with you to help you start the year with focus and intention that you can maintain all of 2025:
1. Begin with the End in Mind
Stephen Covey was onto something with this one. It’s a game changer. When you start with the end in mind, you can reverse-engineer your goals with clarity and precision.
Here’s your first move: define your 2025 revenue goal. Let it stretch you so that you give God something to bless. Make sure it aligns with your vision for your life, business, and financial legacy.
2. Break It Into Quarters
Big annual numbers can feel overwhelming, but quarterly milestones make them actionable. For example, if your 2025 goal is $2 million, your Q1 focus is $500,000. Breaking it down this way ensures you’re always working toward tangible, bite-sized targets.
3. Focus on High-Leverage Offers
Now it’s time to get strategic about how you’ll hit your quarterly goal. Evaluate your offers and ask yourself:
- Which offers have historically performed well in Q1?
- Can you bundle or reposition them to deliver even greater value?
- Are there untapped opportunities in your pipeline you can activate now?
Focus your energy on the offers that generate the biggest results with the least complexity.
4. Back Into The Numbers
Clarity is key. Break your Q1 goal into manageable chunks:
Example: $500,000 for Q1 = ~$167,000/month = ~$42,000/week.
- What’s your average offer value?
- How many sales or contracts do you need to hit your goal?
- What’s your average close rate, and how many leads do you need to convert?
Once you have these numbers, you’ll know exactly what needs to happen to hit your targets.
5. Strategize Your Moves
God gives you more while you’re moving than when you’re standing still. Now that your numbers are clear, it’s time to take bold action.
Identify your top three revenue-generating activities for Q1. Examples might include:
- Launching or upselling a premium-level offer.
- Hosting a high-converting masterclass or event.
- Deepening relationships with warm leads and referral partners.
Remember: focus on what will have the biggest impact.
6. Monitor, Measure, and Master
Execution is where transformation happens. Set up a simple system to track weekly progress toward your Q1 goal. Celebrate wins, learn from gaps, and adjust as needed. Success is about consistency and momentum—not perfection.
7. Create Milestones and Celebrate Along the Way
The journey to seven figures is long, and it’s easy to get distracted or overwhelmed. This is where many CEOs lose focus and chase shiny objects.
Don’t let that be you. Instead, create milestones to track progress. Celebrate them as you go—it’s the fuel that keeps you moving forward.
BONUS: Rally Your Team
Big goals require a team effort. Meet with your team, share your vision, and get them excited about the role they play in bringing it to life. When your team is aligned with your goals and understands the “why” behind the vision, implementation becomes faster, smoother, and more effective.
Your 2025 7 Figure Foundation Starts Now
These seven keys aren’t just a checklist—they’re the foundation for your seven-figure year. Take action now, and I promise you’ll look back at the end of 2025 amazed by how far you’ve come. This is your year to scale with grace, achieve with ease, and set the standard for your next-level success.
Let’s get to work.
