Executive Brand Manager

Location: Hybrid (New Castle, DE + Travel Required)

Incredible One Enterprises is hiring an Executive Brand Manager (EBM) to partner directly with our CEO in managing her visibility pipeline, brand growth, and executive capacity. This is not a typical assistant role—it’s a high-impact booking, branding, and relationship management role for someone with poise, persuasion, and people-smarts.

You’ll travel with the CEO to speaking engagements, manage the room and back-of-room sales, and ensure not a single opportunity gets lost in the shuffle. You’ll pitch and manage the CEO’s speaking and podcast pipeline, maintain communication with our ambassador and affiliate partners, and work closely with marketing to ensure her visibility becomes revenue.

This role also manages key aspects of the CEO’s calendar, files, and visibility priorities—ensuring her energy stays focused on clients, sales, and content creation. You’ll be her second brain, her brand advocate, and her follow-through engine.

This is a stretch role for someone ready to elevate—fast.

What You’ll Do

  • Travel with the CEO to speaking engagements, live events, and strategic meetings
  • Manage the room—run the book table, collect leads, and follow up within 24–48 hours
  • Pitch and book aligned speaking and podcast opportunities
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and vet brand-aligned opportunities
  • Coordinate ambassador and affiliate relationships and promotions
  • Track media appearances and coordinate with marketing for visibility
  • Support limited executive functions (calendar, files, briefings, task scheduling)
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure CEO availability, approvals, and deliverables stay on track

You Bring

  • Minimum of 5-7 years in executive support, public relations, hospitality, sales, conference/event management, account management, business development etc.

  • Strong writing, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • A polished presence, persuasive communication, and follow-up stamina

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, project management, sales pipeline and CRM tools (ClickUp and Keap a plus)

  • Willingness to travel 25% of the time, including some short-notice trips

  • Experience supporting founders, public speakers, or high-visibility brands

Bonus Points If You...

  • Have worked with faith-based or legacy-driven businesses

  • Are familiar with speaker pitching, podcast management, or affiliate marketing

  • Have experience meeting deadlines involving multiple departments across remote work environments
