Don’t get me wrong, I think there are merits to social media – it’s great for connecting with your community and engaging them to stay connected. But when I look at the numbers, not so much. Now, I know what you’re thinking – there some who appear to be “making it rain” on Facebook. To that I say, don’t believe the hype; believe the numbers.

Would you mind sharing so I can truly understand how focusing this way may be inhibiting my business growth?”

Any successful business owner knows that to build a business by attracting and closing new clients, you need to marry online strategies like Facebook with offline strategies like speaking or phone calls. Because, if you rely only on social media, your conversion (the number of people you close) will be approximately 0.71%. As soon as you add in offline strategies, your conversion can increase to 20 or 30%. (And getting them on your email list for other online strategies helps too.)
It doesn’t take a genius to know that simply becoming Facebook Famous shouldn’t be your goal.
You need those other strategies to make it truly work.
