Director’s Cut: Should You Racially Diversify Your Client Mix?

I’m going to be honest; this week’s director’s cut makes me a little nervous. You see, Blake, my creative director, pulled the race card.

With so much going on in the world racially, while it may be a little uncomfortable, I think that as business people we need to make sure that the work we do is diverse in every way, including racially. We need to be all-inclusive and create an environment where every person (regardless of differentiators like gender or race) feels comfortable working with us to solve their problem.

Now, of course if you’ve decided to serve only one gender or one race, it’s your prerogative. But, if you desire to serve all people but have been unsuccessful in “crossing over,” you may like this week’s episode of Incredible Factor TV:
